Event Design | Planning | Coordination

Levels of Service by Package

Planning an event and not sure where to start? Or, are you midway through the planning process and realize you need additional support with carrying out the logistics and details of the event? We would love to assist. Below are options for frequent levels of service. Please contact us to define the scope of work, date(s), and budget.

Design with Full Set Up & Tear Down

  • Offering of design choices 
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails
  • Travel expenses up to 50 miles
  • Set up and tear down of rentals (excludes lighting and tables and chairs)
  • Ames Haus staff to stay through the end of Cocktail Hour
  • Ames Haus staff to stay through end of reception (typically 10:30pm) or 10 hours
  • Day of Coordination 
  • One venue visit
  • Up to 3 office visits for design and consult appointments
  • Rehearsal (for weddings)
  • 10% discount off our rentals

Design with Full Set Up

  • Reception Design ( offering of design choices)
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails
  • Travel expenses up to 50 miles
  • Set up only of decor & rentals (excluded lighting and tables and chairs)
  • Ames Haus staff to work through the end of Cocktail hour
  • Ames Haus staff to work through the end of reception (typically 10:30pm) or 10 hours
  • Day of Coordination 
  • Up to 3 office visits for design and consult appointments
  • Rehearsal (for weddings)
  • 10% discount off our rentals

Day of Coordination

  • Manage all vendors, including timeline for each vendor and transition as the liaison the day of.
  • Help direct, coordinate and support bride, fiancé, bridal party and family as well as taking care of any last-minute emergencies.
  • Price includes one assistant to help support the day of through the end of reception (typically 10:30pm) or 10 hours
  • Rehearsal (1 hour)
  • Unlimited phone calls and emails
  • Travel expenses up to 50 miles.
  • 10% discount off our rentals.

Design Services & Vendor Discount

This is for the DIY client that wants to be 100% involved in the planning process but needs a hand with the design aspect. We will offer several design choices based on client provided Pinterest vision board as well as our list of preferred vendors with access to our discounts.

  • 1 hour initial consultation via telephone
  • Includes one venue visit within 50 miles
  • 1 hour concept consultation in office or via telephone
  • Concept proposal (up to six pages)
  • 10% discount off our rentals

Styling Services

For the DIY client that just needs a little help the day of the event, we offer day of styling services. This consists of two designers that will arrive approximately 2 hours before the event to simply “make pretty” the items that you have already placed in areas. This rate is charged by the hour and begins when we leave our studio.
