As your Event Designer our role is purely aesthetics, a creative service. We specialize in design, consulting on everything from floor plans, lighting, flowers, furniture, linens, and attire. We help with the decisions that will give your event a cohesive, stylish and sophisticated look creating an atmosphere that is unique. Using our artistic eye we conceptualize the whole event and transform your space.
As your Wedding Planner our role is to handle the logistics, vendor referrals, contract negotiations and keep track of your budget through the execution of your event. We take the guesswork out of the process, making planning a wedding as seamless and smooth as possible.
Our designers excel at the creative and styling specifics necessary on the day-of-the-event. They adhere to every detail while the planner focuses on the wedding party, timeline, vendors and guests. At times a coordinator is necessary when a designer and planner are absent.
As your Day-of-Coordinator (often a month-of service) our role is logistically-focused and on a shorter timeline than a planner. We will confirm the vendor contracts, create a day-of timeline, as well as make sure things like payments and guest counts are in order, but won't be involved in the earlier planning phases or keeping track of your budget. We coordinate everything involved on the day of the event, from load-in and load-out to ensuring that everyone is on schedule. We make sure everything you've done up until we take over is in good shape. The best time to hire us as your coordinator is a month before your event because it gives us time to tweak things and discover/remedy loose-ends.
